Right of Withdrawal

You have the right to return a purchased product within 14 days from the date of receipt without giving any reason, in accordance with the Consumer Protection Act.

Return Conditions

Due to the specific nature of the products offered (optical fiber fusion splicers and professional accessories), returned goods must meet the following conditions:

  • No signs of use: Products must not have been used or show signs of operation beyond what is necessary for testing;

  • Full completeness: Products must be fully complete (including all accessories, cables, batteries, tools, etc.);

  • Original packaging: Products must be in their intact original packaging and accompanied by all documentation;

  • No unauthorized interventions: No settings, calibrations, or service interventions must have been performed by unauthorized persons;

  • Proof of purchase: Products must be accompanied by a proof of purchase (invoice or receipt).

Note: We reserve the right to refuse a return or deduct a part of the refund amount in case of missing items, damage, or signs of use.

How to Return a Product

  • Contact us via email or phone and provide your order number;
  • Wait for our confirmation;
  • Send the product to the address provided by us.

The return shipping costs are borne by the customer, unless the product is defective or an incorrect item was sent.

Refunds

Upon receipt and inspection of the returned goods, we will refund the amount within 14 days using the same payment method, unless otherwise agreed.

A deduction may be applied if the value of the product has decreased as a result of improper use.

Claims and Complaints

In case of a defect or non-conformity of the product, you have the right to file a claim. In this case, you can choose:

  • Repair;

  • Replacement;

  • Price reduction;

  • Refund.

Please contact us as soon as possible after identifying the issue.

Non-Returnable Products

  • Used or damaged products;

  • Consumables (electrodes, blades, cleaning materials) with damaged/opened packaging;

  • Custom-made or custom-ordered products;

  • Software after activation.
